Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible PIN codes. A nominal COD fee may apply, if displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
Address Changes
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request an address change by contacting our support team. Once shipped, address modifications may not be possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the package and product.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
