Refund policy

At Maatrii, every outfit is thoughtfully crafted to make your motherhood journey comfortable and beautiful. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The product is in resellable condition.
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase.

Free Exchange

We offer one free size exchange for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store Credit, or
  • A Refund (where applicable).

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the package received

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Washed or used products
  • Products without original tags
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your returned product passes our quality inspection:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be transferred via bank account or UPI within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Maitrii will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, a nominal return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund, depending on your location.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@maatrii.in with:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours and guide you through the process.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will follow our return policy after delivery.
